Single Stage Design

ESE's single stage air intake is a great alternative for those unable or unwilling to run a cold air style intake. The single stage intake offers protection for those in heavy flooded areas, yet doesn't sacrifice performance or style. The included heat shield not only offers cooling and protection of the cone filter, it also offers a secure fit for the filter under heavy engine load.

The urethane filter included with ESE's Single Stage Air Intake is built from an advanced polyurethane filter construction for lighter weight and durability. The strong galvanized steel mesh with bright epoxy coating prevents erosion and does not deform when applied with turbocharged / high-revving engines, unlike other leading filters. Unique weaving is used for constant, superior filtration with more, deeper pleats for a larger filtration surface. It's also easily cleanable and reusable as well!

Too often we've installed intake kits from other manufacturers who required cutting the air pump hose in order to install a breather filter. With our adapter integrated into the heat shield, there is no need to cut, heat, or remove the connector that connects to your original airbox. Connect the air pump hose to the adapter and clamp on the filter...it's that easy! This ensures that your single Stage Cold Air Intake is fully reversible and installed cleanly.

Our Singe Stage Cold Air Intake includes everything required for installation. High quality clamps, adapters, and accessories are included. Cheap and fragile hardware from hardware stores were not used (unlike other intakes on the market). Filters, clamps, adapters, heat shield, hardware, instructions, and stickers are included.
