BSR is a Swedish high-tech company and is the market leader in optimization of car engines, both in terms of performance and environmental control.

BSR offers professional tuning services using the tuning technology PPC Tuning system developed by BSR.

They have a high level of competence and experience in programming, engine and emission technology, and since 1991, they have performed optimization of car engine control programs. Comprehensive test equipment combined with our own programs for emulation and optimization gives us a market leading position. They have theri own product development, mainly for Volvo, Saab, VAG, Ford and Opel/Vauxhall. BSR also develops full flow exhaust systems, sport air filter and Opti Flow kits.

BSR has several commissions from car manufacturers and car import firms.

Their environmental commitment is strong and we carry out active research projects into converting engines to alternative fuels.

BSR has actively worked since 1997 to effect improvements in legislation, among other things in their role as referral body for the proposed bill "Exhaust Cleaning 2000". These efforts have resulted in legislation changes and a certification system for conversion of vehicles for alternative fuels due to take effect in July 2008.

BSR is involved in several environmental projects, among others, an EU project (BEST) with the Environmental Administration of the city of Stockholm converting petrol engines for use with ethanol. BSR was chosen as a "Super Company" in 2005 and 2006 by the magazine Veckans Affarer as well as selected as a Clean Tech Company by the magazine Dagens Miljo. BSR's products are distributed by an extensive retail dealer system in numerous countries.

During 2008 BSR was also awarded the title Entrepreneur of the Year by the municipality of Vaxjo and Foretagarna. Rolf Linde and Malte Sandberg were also the proud receivers of the first Environment Award from the Swedish Motorsport Association.

The support agreement contains this
Up to eight competent technicians from BSR’s development centre are there for you to help you with questions or problems that have come up. They will assure that you, as a BSR customer, always have access to:

• Free updates/improvements in the tuning files done by BSR
• New tuning files, e.g. when the workshop has updated the car’s ECU at the service*
• Free technical support via www.bsr.se

* Not offered if the car manufacturer introduces restrictions that complicate or make tuning impossible.

Some examples of questions or problems that can occur, and with which we will help you via the BSR support, are: Which products fits respective BSR tuning stages? How do I connect to the BSR server? Does my car reach full power output? I need to fault search my car. What do the diagnostic trouble codes mean?

Who can sign the BSR support agreement?
We offer the support agreement to all customers that buy, or already have bought, PPC Tuning System. The support agreement is included in the price and free of charge for two years from the time of buying. After that we offer you to renew the agreement one year at a time, costing $82/year. The agreement is affiliated with the car. When exchanging car the agreement is transferred to the new owner.

		All included PPC Tuning System is supplied complete with all cables, tuning software and a well illustrated manual.
		Easy connection Plug the PPC cable into the car's diagnostic outlet located under the dashboard.
		Tune your car Push the button. In just a few minutes the car is tuned and ready to take off!
		Reinstall original settings Just as quickly you can reinstall the manufacture's original settings if you want.
		Updates via the Internet Via the Internet, the latest software can be downloaded from the BSR database, free of charge. The software is stored in the PPC and then you can update your car.
