Shipping & Delivery
We ship parts within 24-48 hours, not including Saturday nor Sunday. We will contact you if we are unable to ship your order within this time period. Euro Styles East reserves the right to change shipping method selected upon customer checkout to "best way available" from shipping point to customer. Shipments are not sent nor delivered on Saturdays and Sundays. Parts not deliverable by Ground are noted as such on our website. Shipping times displayed on our website are estimates only. Please be aware that many items are imported from overseas which sometimes causes delays or even backorders for us and their respective North American distributors. Please also be aware that many items ship directly from the product's US manufacturer or distributor and may not always ship from us. This is done to provide the quickest delivery and service to you. That said: In case of delays caused by a zombie apocalypse, you’re on your own.
All products/merchandise sold by Euro Styles East LLC is only subject to the manufactures warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacture for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of product/merchandise. Customer, however, will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by the customers abuse, negligence, or mishandling. There is no warranty on lights, bulbs, decals or electrical parts.
Returns & Replacements
Within 48 hours of delivery you have the right to make a claim for any return or damaged product. You have 30 days from delivery or purchase to return the product ordered from our online store. Returned products must be in their original packaging with all instructions and warranty cards. All products must be complete and undamaged.
Disassembled, installed or damaged and custom products cannot be returned.
The customer is liable for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item to ESE Tuning unless the product has been damaged during shipping. This policy also applies to warranty returns also.
If the return is due to an error by us, we will credit you for the return postage or freight otherwise you are responsible for the return postage or freight.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the item you purchased has Free Shipping, the cost of the shipping will also be deducted from your credit or refund.
On Refused Shipments Customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred to and from the customers delivery address, in addition a 20% restocking fee.
Special order or Pre-Order items from our international suppliers, are subject to a 25% fee, on any cancled order prior to shipment. 
No returns accepted on Bulbs, Diagnostic Tools, Hand Tools, Wheel Adapters, Wheel Spacers, Lug Bolts, and special/custom orders and Special pre-orders. International pre-orders that have not shipped are subject to a 20% restock fee.
There are absolutely NO returns on wheels (once a tire is mounted).
In order to return product you have purchased from ESE Tuning, you will need a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). To receive your RMA, please contact us via email. Please enter your order number in the email.
All Warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. The seller (above named company) hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the seller any consequential damages for property, damage for loss of time, loss of profit or income, or any other incidental damages.
Aftermarket Wheels being wider will transfer more Road vibration then OEM Wheels. Prior to sell of said merchandise the buyer has been forewarned and this is not a condition for return of merchandise.

You can view your orders, invoices, shipments, RMA's and more by logging into your account. You must have previously made a purchase with us in order to log into your account. If you have not made a previous purchase with us, you can create an account for future use. This will enable you to checkout faster.
