Terms and Conditions:  All orders placed with Euro Styles East LLC (phone, fax, mail, internet/web and email) constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed below.

All parts shall remain the property of Euro Styles East LLC until paid for in full. All orders shipped to a Pennslyvania address must pay 7% Pennsylvania Sales Tax. All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold seperately.

Euro Styles East reserves the right to change the method of shipping suited to the product(s) ordered and destination of the package(s). All Credit Card Orders can only be shipped to a verified Billing Address. Credit Card Orders will not be shipped until all information are verified and matched. All other orders (Check, and Money Orders) will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

Shortage claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt date. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier. Do not use or install merchandise until inspected by shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packaging materials for carrier inspection. Euro Styles East LLC cannot initiate any claims with the carrier. A 20% handling fee will be assessed on all authorized items. All special orders (personalized/custom fitted) items must be paid in full at the time of order. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on personalized or custom order items. Any refused shipments sent back to Euro Styles East LLC does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer responsibility to make all arrangements with Euro Styles LLC for refused shipments. It is company policy to charge the customers all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 20% restocking fee on all products shipped.

Limitation of Liability:  In no event will Euro Styles East LLC be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from possession, use or malfunction of any products sold or picked up at Euro Styles East LLC. We make no claims as to emission performance for street or highway use. Some equipment is not sold for street use in any state or country where state or federal regulations prohibit its use. Some items listed on the website are intended for off road use only. Euro Styles East LLC does not make any claims of street legal use of these products which are not intended for use on public roads. User assumes all costs and risks associated with these and all other items. All materials provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non infringement.

In no event will Euro Styles East LLC be liable for any damage whatsoever (including without limitation damages relating to lost revenues or profits, lost hardware, vehicle immobilization, vehicle failure or malfunction) resulting from any way related to use of any products, materials posted on or made available on this website or any other website to which a link is provided or on which a link is provided to this website, even if Euro Styles East LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the legal theory on wich such damages are based.

Warranty:  No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by the customers abuse, negligence, or mishandling. All products/merchandise sold by Euro Styles East LLC is only subject to the manufactures warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacture for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of product/merchandise. Customer, however, will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims. There is no warranty on lights and bulbs, decals and electrical parts.

Before taking advantage of any offer on our site please make sure you have read the Euro Style East LLC, Rules and Regulations and or restrictions that may be associated with that offer.

Return Policy:  Within 30 days of purchase, you may return a product ordered from our online store. Returned products must be in their original packaging with all instructions and warranty cards. All products must be complete and undamaged. Disassembled, damaged, and custom products cannot be returned. If the return is due to an error by us, we will credit you for the return postage or freight, otherwise you are responsible for the return postage or freight. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the item you purchased has Free Shipping, the cost of the shipping will also be deducted from your credit or refund.  No returns accepted on PIAA Bulbs, CTEK, Stealth Bulbs, Electrical Wiring Kits, Diagnostic Tools and special orders. Simply contact us to return your item(s).

Shipping and Handling Terms:  We ship parts within 24-48 hours, not including Saturday nor Sunday. We will contact you if we are unable to ship your order within this time period. Euro Styles East reserves the right to change shipping method selected upon customer checkout to "best way available" from shipping point to customer. Shipments are not sent nor delivered on Saturdays and Sundays. Parts not deliverable by Ground are noted as such on our website.

Shipping times displayed on our website are estimates only. Please be aware that many items are imported from overseas which sometimes causes delays or even backorders for us and their respective North American distributors. Please also be aware that many items ship directly from the product's US manufacturer or distributor and may not always ship from us. This is done to provide the quickest delivery and service to you.
